Bosons Consulting Group was initially established through a partnership of practicing professional engineers based in Singapore.
In the field of Quantum Physics, elementary particles such as Bosons, in conjunction with the interaction of the Higgs-Field and Higgs-Bosons, provide a comprehensive explanation for the existence of mass in all things. The presence of Bosons is vital for the formation of atoms and the sustenance of life itself. This principle serves as the foundational motivation behind the establishment of the company, with the primary objective of fostering collaboration among engineering professionals to realize the implementation of environmentally sustainable projects.
Bosons Logo
The logo incorporates Abhaya Libre fonts for its wordings. The choice of 'Abhaya' is rooted in its association with King Abhaya (474 BCE to 454 BCE), who ruled Sri Lanka during the ancient kingdom of Upatissa Nuwara. Designed by Mooniak Sol Matas in 1996, Abhaya Libre font is a meticulously crafted Serif font known for its exceptional quality and compliance with Unicode standards.
One striking feature of the logo is the replacement of the letter 'O' with a gesture symbol depicting two hands cupping. This traditional symbol represents CARE, which holds significant meaning within Bosons, as we consistently prioritize care in our business practices. Moreover, the word CARE serves as an acronym, with each letter representing the core values upheld by Bosons. Specifically, 'C' stands for Compassionate, 'A' signifies Accountability, 'R' represents Respect, and 'E' embodies Earnestness.
Bosons Corporate Color
The designated corporate color for Bosons is a dark metallic bronze, represented by the hexadecimal color code #8D582B. The choice of bronze has prompted inquiries as to why it was preferred over gold or silver. Deliberations were conducted regarding these color options. Gold, though associated with luxury, is not typically synonymous with the field of hardcore engineering. From the perspective of most clients seeking value engineering, gold may not align with their expectations for the design outcome. The perception of "Gold" in the context of design outcome may vary among individuals. On the other hand, silver may appear suitable, suggesting a futuristic aesthetic; however, it potentially overlooks the grounded nature of the construction industry's origins. Ultimately, the selection of dark bronze signifies a more balanced approach, acknowledging both the industry's down-to-earth essence and its potential for sophistication.

We are a registered Multidisciplinary Professional Engineering firm authorized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore to deliver comprehensive engineering consultancy services.
Additionally, we hold the status of being a registered Public Sector Panel of Consultants with the Building & Construction Authority of Singapore.
At present, Bosons is registered as a supplier with the Singapore government under the EPU/SER/34 (Consultant) category with S7 financial grade.

KEY PERSONNEL
Er. Kelvin Chai
Er Kelvin Chai Vui Shin is a registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in Singapore. He has more than 15 years of experience in the design and project management of various building development projects. His keys projects include major offices, commercial and high performing buildings such hospitals and data centers.
He oversees building services installation design to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and manage technical submissions to authorities. He is also a Green Mark AAP who is well-versed in energy efficiency design that promotes environmental sustainability.
Er. Keith Wong
Keith Wong has accumulated over 26 years of experience in the field of Buildings and Infrastructure engineering, encompassing design, project management, and construction supervision across several countries, including Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Singapore. Notable projects that he was involved in include the Singapore-Malaysia High Speed Rail, Thomson East MRT projects, DTSS Tunnels and NEWater plant project. Previously, he held senior positions such as Chief Operations Officer with an A2 Civil Works Contractor and served in the Board of Directors for a major international consultancy company in Singapore.
Er. Arulampalam Ramasthanan
Er. Ramasthanan has 12 years experience in Civil and Geotechnical engineering providing technical and procurement inputs on major projects in Singapore. He is a Singapore registered Civil Professional Engineer. He has strong Design project and job management experience and has been involved with detail design and construction supervision on projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, India and Sri lanka. His experience includes piling design and supervision, ERSS design for Thomson line MRT contracts, Pipe Jacking design and Resident Engineer for Singapore Downtown line Beauty World Station and Tunnel project
