Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical lead in structural analysis and design of building/infrastructures structural elements
• Provide sketches (by use of CAD or manual) of structural elements for CAD Drafting 
• Coordination with CAD drafters for production of structural drawings
• Preparation of Technical Reports for submissions
• Be involved in all project stages from planning, design, construction support to project completion
• Co-ordinate and follow up on projects to ensure they are completed on time and without cost overrun
• Involved with submissions (both electronic and manual depending on projects) to relevant government authorities 
• Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/Client Brief/ Approved Concept
• Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and office standards
• Check documentation complies with design
• Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual
• Attend design, technical and client meetings as and when necessary
• Perform other project duties as and when instructed by Director

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• 10 years or more in design and governmental submission experience
• Strong in reinforced concrete and heavy steel structures design
• Experience in Bridge and/or Pre-stress Concrete design and construction will be considered as added advantage to the application

Duties & Responsibilities



• Oversee all M&E issues on the project site.
• Manage site engineers, sub-contractors and vendors on-site.
• To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with various sub-contractors’ including attending site survey, inspection, and handling overs.
• Study and ensure all M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, installation checklist and prepare work progress report.
• Inform project director on any technical / site problems.
• To lead shop drawings workshop with sub-contractors on Combined Services Drawing (CSD) production and coordination assisted by CAD coordinator.
• Attend technical meetings with stakeholders to resolve technical matters.
• Attend site meetings with consultants for M&E planning, job coordination, and manage document control such as monitoring of sample submission, and approval status of drawings.
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
• Preference will be given to candidate who has experience in managing major A&A renovation, hotel and hospitality M&E works

Qualifications

Candidates are expected to show high level of interest in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering and Underground Structures design based on related academic results
