The whole project consist of Design and construction of SPDE:

• Construction of two (2) covered stabling areas including train access platforms and facility buildings;
• Main Maintenance Building 2 (MMB2) with plant rooms and all floors, walls and ceiling finishes, doors, shutters, ironmongery, painting, screeding, plastering, rendering, tiling, support frames, cladding, etc.
• 1 km LRT viaduct linking Existing LRT Station to Depot
• Running plinths, supporting stumps and bases for the whole SPDE, RT, affected existing mainline and affected existing SPD;
• Bin centre;
• Guard posts;
• Covered linkways and linkbridges;
• Security fences;
• Test track with two (2) stations;
• Departure Test Track (DTT);
• Train Wash Plant;
• Waste water treatment plant;
• SPPG 22kV Substation;
• SPDE 22kV Substation;
• 1 TPSS at SPDE;
• Emergency Generator and diesel storage tank;
• Sprinkler tank and sprinkler pump room;
• Service troughs, pipes, cast-in items;
• Ø Drains, plumbing and sanitary works;
